All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your machine data, service records, and account information are protected with industry-standard encryption.
FieldFix uses Supabase Auth with secure password hashing (bcrypt). We never store plain-text passwords and support secure session management.
FieldFix does not store payment information. All billing is handled through Lemon Squeezy, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
FieldFix is hosted on Vercel with automatic SSL, DDoS protection, and global edge caching. Database services run on Supabase with automatic backups and row-level security.
AI diagnostics are powered by Google Gemini. Machine data shared with AI services is used only to generate diagnostics and is not stored by third parties for training purposes.
