All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your machine data, service records, and account information are protected with industry-standard encryption.
FieldFix uses Supabase Auth with secure password hashing (bcrypt). We never store plain-text passwords and support secure session management.
FieldFix does not store payment information. All billing is handled through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
FieldFix is hosted on Vercel with automatic SSL, DDoS protection, and global edge caching. Database services run on Supabase with automatic backups and row-level security.
FieldFix's AI runs on Claude, by Anthropic. Machine data is sent to it only to run FieldFix's AI features: diagnoses and follow-up questions, service schedule lookups, receipt and invoice scanning, and market value checks. It isn't used to train AI models.
