  • The FieldFix web application
  • The FieldFix Progressive Web App (PWA)
  • All support pages, diagnostics, and services
  • The FieldFix website and marketing pages

By creating an account or using FieldFix, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use FieldFix.

1. Overview

FieldFix is a SaaS platform that provides:

  • Equipment tracking
  • Maintenance and service logging
  • Expense and cost-per-hour tracking
  • Vendor and service center management
  • AI-powered diagnostics using Google Gemini
  • Image-based troubleshooting
  • Subscription-based access

2. Eligibility

To use FieldFix, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • Use the service for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate registration information

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • FieldFix offers free and paid subscription tiers
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use FieldFix for illegal purposes
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute FieldFix content
  • Misuse AI diagnostics for fraudulent purposes

6. AI Diagnostics Disclaimer

FieldFix provides AI-powered diagnostics for informational purposes only.

  • AI suggestions are not professional mechanical advice
  • Always consult qualified technicians for critical repairs
  • FieldFix is not liable for decisions made based on AI diagnostics
  • Safety-critical repairs should always be verified by professionals

7. Intellectual Property

  • FieldFix and its content are owned by FieldFix
  • You retain ownership of data you upload
  • You grant us a license to use your data to provide the service

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELDFIX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
